Grades 6-12
This intensive, one-week course helped build or enhance young artists’ portfolios who are interested in pursing an art-based higher education. Students strengthened foundation skills by rendering works from still life and had the experience of peer critiques in progress. Teaching Artist Andy Jordan guided students to develop individual projects. Jordan holds a BFA in Painting from Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta. He is continuing his explorations in painting, drawing, and printmaking.
