Teaching Artist Larry Thompson will lead students in building a foundation for drawing with different media, sharpening their drawing skills, and teach drawing techniques for representing forms and objects from life. Thompson is Associate Dean for Samford University’s School of the Arts in the Department of Art and Design. He holds an MFA in Painting from the University of North Texas and a BFA in Art and Design from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
